Außergewöhnlich
Sehr saubere und schöne Anlage inmitten von viel grün. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Tolles Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und mit vielen Extras und einem tollen Blick. Tolles Frühstück für jeden Geschmack. Sehr zuvorkommendes und überaus freundliches Personal. Regelmässig Themenabende (BBQ usw.) mit liebevoller Deko und Attraktionen am Strand. Hoteleigener kostenloser Shuttleservice zwei mal täglich. Schöner und sauberer Strand- Gezeitenabhängig mal etwas flacher oder tiefer, aber zum abkühlen und etwas schwimmen perfekt.
-Leider wurden die Liegen an Strand und Pool schon früh mit Handtüchern belegt und dies wurde so auch vom Personal geduldet. - im Badezimmer leider anhaltender Geruch nach Urin, aber wenn man die Lüftung laufen lässt ist es ok. - Themenabende und Spa etwas überteuert (für die Preise, die man sonst in Thailand zahlt). - leider gab es im Vorhinein ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit der Zahlung, die sich zum Glück durch die Hilfe von booking regeln ließen, jedoch vor Ankunft schon für viel Stress gesorgt haben.

Renaissance Koh Samui Resort is truly a place I call Paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning natural beauty that surrounds the resort, combined with the warmth and hospitality of the people who work there. This is a place where every detail is thoughtfully considered, making for an unforgettable experience. The resort itself is breathtakingly beautiful, with lush gardens, crystal-clear waters, and views that truly take your breath away. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A special thank you to Jennie and Ben Ben, two outstanding young professionals who went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing experience. Their dedication and attention to detail were evident in every interaction, and they made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The food at the resort is exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options that cater to all tastes. Breakfast is plentiful and diverse, featuring everything from fresh fruits and pastries to a Bloody Mary bar—yes, even a Bloody Mary for breakfast! The atmosphere during meals is relaxed and enjoyable, perfect for starting or ending your day. The resort also offers a free shuttle bus service to Lamai and Chaweng twice a day, which is a great convenience. While the return times from Chaweng are a bit early, it’s still a fantastic service that makes exploring the local area easy and stress-free. The activities and events organized by the resort are another highlight. Whether it’s the free happy hour on the beach or the various events throughout the week, there’s always something fun and engaging to do. These thoughtful touches are what make the Renaissance Koh Samui Resort stand out as a truly exceptional place to stay.
