Best SPA experience ever! Take the 3 hours treatment and get into the vibe

Wow. Such an amazing resort! The pool is a bit small But the staff, the spa experience and the room are all above and beyond

The prices at the hotel restaurant are too high.. and the food is not so good… so I will pass the hotel restaurant

The outstanding staff, the beautiful beach and pool, breakfast, location and activities. The yoga teacher was amazing!

Nothing. Only niggle is that I like my bed very firm and the bed was more soft but to be expected from an American chain. I still had a great sleep.

Super friendly staff, and everything else was impeccable

It’s almost boutique in its size and style and the staff ask your name and remember it, they are all amazing and really helpful but a huge shout out to Woody, Kim and Ken who made our holiday. The pool, gardens and private beach were always impeccable and never crowded. If you want to get away from it all and relax, this is the place…..oh and did I mention how great the food was?

Great stay at sea facing villa

The hotel is well spaced out and offers a great sea view from the beach facing villas. The staff everywhere were extremely friendly and helpful & took care of all our needs The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the staff brought out new things to try every day. Would definitely recommend the hotel & stay here again.

A few things in the room didn’t work (coffee maker, outdoor umbrella) but they were promptly fixed so no real concern there. Also, the only therapist in the spa who could offer mani pedi treatments was on leave during our entire stay there, so having additional therapists may be good.

I can honestly say this is probably the best resort myself and my wife have ever stayed in. The staff though are the ones who really made the visit one to remember, they honestly could not do enough for us and are an amazing bunch of people.

Excellent location away from the busy street. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, so much variety. Really liked the made to order desserts (pancakes, waffle, french toast).

Great location will come back

Staff here excellent , shuttle bus into town was good and the room and bed were excellent. Lap pool would be 60 m in length and a great place to relax

Breakfast choice small but high standard. Sea view rooms have a great view but a long way from the beach, if you don’t like stairs getting to the beach could be a little difficult, around 30 from reception to beach. Cocktails at happy hour not so great

Great stay in excellent hotel

Thanks for a great holiday in Renaissance hotel. Fantastic and friendly hotel staff (thanks to Max and Tony), great food, excellent breakfast, beautiful garden villas with personal pool. One of the best hotel in Koh Samui!

One of our highlights in our Thailand trip!

I like the private beach with the fresh ocean breeze and two pools- one facing the ocean another infinity pool for lap swimming. I also loved the complimentary yoga classes and thai massage classes that were offered. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Lastly, the buffet breakfast was amazing with fresh squeezed juices, wide variety of hot foods fr thai and Chinese cuisine with intercontinental foods. Very fresh and delicious!

There was a smell in our rooms when we entered. It looked like there’s quite a bit of moisture. Courier was very expensive when some items were left behind in our rooms and needed to be couriered over

Staff Catered to Every Need

Can’t think of one negative thing about my stay. Very impressed by the staff, especially Oat who went the extra mile to help me with a minor issue related to the door handle which made it hard to exit the room. Before I knew it there was a new handle , and they are now going to redesign the handle for all villas. A shout out also to Bud and Jaa and the GM Billy who all demonstrated a commitment to excellence that can’t be beat.

Very friendly staff, feeling like at home. Buffet breakfast is very good, serves different kind of food everyday. The location is a bit far from different night markets. It'd be better if hotel can provide shuttle at night time.
